A Truth Journal: Colbert Hilarious Interview: Dragon Smaug, Now Send Him To Eat Congress: From Denny:  This interview with threatening dragon Smaug from the Lord of the Rings movie prequel definitely ranks up there as Stephen's Best of All Time.  After Thursday's outrageous and obnoxious new federal budget bill passing the House, it's time to send a fire breathing dragon to Congress and this White House to eat naughty people selling out the American people.  If it survives in it's current form then expect the U. S. economy to go into a furious death spiral as Wall Street goes on a gambling spree with our money.

The food director of Prevention Magazine, Lori Powell, created some winners here.

We love creative uses of spices at our house. What is really a winner is that munching all night long on these combinations and a glass of wine or beer will keep you under 1,000 calories - and that's if you stuff yourself silly. Considering most hamburgers come in at 1,200 calories at most restaurants, well, this is good news.

The Social Poets: Check Out This Video: Worlds Fastest Flying Human: From Denny: Check out this Norwegian wingsuit flyer/paraglider as he leaps off a high cliff and soars a mile or so over the mountains near a river. He finally pulls his chute open to finish the last glide to land easily on the road where a car is waiting to take him home.

What a rush! He looked like a speeding bullet to the camera crew on the ground as he crested the mountain range. He just zoomed on past them, going maybe well over 130 mph? Turns out he was clocked at 250km/hour - which is 155 mph.

Norwegian Espen Fadnes thought this outdoor activity would be a fun experience for the weekend. He has donned his wingsuit and performed this crazy feat so many times he has earned the dubious honor of World's Fastest Flying Human. In fact, last year he jumped off the Swiss Alps in an international competition, taking home the win.

Everyone here in Louisiana has an opinion about her, good and bad. She is a sweet, loving person though often lacking good judgment about those she chooses to bring close to her.

This song is great for dancing and a night out. As far as lyrics go they are simple and uninteresting. She starts with an interesting theme but does not develop it. The video production is visually exciting and well produced - and that's what saves this song - and the artist.
